- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Replacement Policy

5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
