1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used sensors
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased during promotional or discounted offers (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
